We would like to thank everyone for the wonderful gifts and cards we received. We hope everyone had a relaxing break and we look forward to getting prepared for our June production “Dancing the Night Away”.

CANDY FUNDRAISER

The candy has arrived! You can pick your candy up at the front desk. Hershey has made some changes; instead of 48 candy bars per box, there are 52, so you will receive an $18.00 credit instead of $15.00. The fundraiser will run until the end of February and all costume payments are due by March 7th.

RECITAL INFORMATION

We want to remind you that our recital is being held at Hempfield High School on June 19th, 20th & 21st. Our matinee dancers were notified in December of their performance day. Our evening dancers will receive their performance information in January. We will also have this information posted in the lobby by the end of January. This should help families make arrangements for their summer activities.

During the holiday break, we were very busy ordering costumes and working on choreography. In December, we sent reminder cards that costume deposits were due by December 21st. If we did not receive a deposit, a costume was not ordered. Any deposits placed in January will be charged an additional $10.00 to cover the cost of placing a separate order.

If you have any questions about your costume bill or if we made an error, notify us immediately.

TIGHTS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR COSTUMES. PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR TIGHTS THROUGH PAS DE CHAT. ORDER FORMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK.

HARRISBURG PERFORMANCE

WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED OUR DANCERS AT THE CHRISTMAS CRAFT SHOW IN HARRISBURG!

OUR DANCERS DID A FABULOUS JOB! WE WERE EXTREMELY PROUD OF THEIR PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES.

STUDIO CLOSINGS

Please note that if the studio needs to close due to bad weather, all cancellations will be posted on our website (www.encoredance.net) and we will have a cancellation message on our phone (717-569-1828). Always call or check the website before leaving your house.

If classes are cancelled due to bad weather, we will hold make up classes on a Saturday. You will be notified of the date and time of your make up at least 3 weeks in advance so you can make arrangements to attend.
