ENCORE DANCING NEWS
CLASSES WILL BEGIN

Whether you're here to sample the art of dance or have dreams of Broadway, you are welcome at our studio. We realize that dance is multi-faceted and it has a different lure for everyone. No matter what called you to dance you can be assured your life will change for the better each day that you dance.
We are glad you decided to join our Encore family. Dance is such an important part of our lives and we look forward to sharing it with our students every week. We hope that you are just as excited to be here as we are to have you here.
Encore Dance Center was voted #1 Dance Studio in Lancaster

The Ephrata Parade will be held on Wednesday, September 22nd. This is a fun and exciting parade experience. I hope many will join us. Please call the studio for more information!!

NetCo Dance Company (with our own Jennifer Berlet) presents "Under the Umbrella", an evening length contemporary dance concert to benefit childhood schizophrenia.
3rd Annual Woman's Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit Concert

Hosted by NetCo Dance Company (with our own Jennifer Berlet) and the American Cancer Society, this benefit concert will include a showcase of talent, raffle prizes, trivia and bake goods.

Come join Encore instructor Corrine Swope and the Men of Encore as we give the walkers a "Zumba" warm-up to get them moving!!
Due to the cost of postage and paper, we will be emailing studio information to everyone. We would greatly appreciate having your email address if you did not place it on your fall registration form. Please notify us immediately if your address has changed. Your e-mail will be used strictly for information pertaining to Encore.

Our new policy for the lost and found has been updated. We will have a container located in the locker room for all lost and found items. The items in the lost and found will be donated to charity every 2 months. Please make sure you check the lost and found frequently. Thank you for your advance cooperation.
We are asking for help to keep our new facility looking great. We would appreciate if everyone would take extra care in helping to maintain our wonderful state of the art studio. So please, be careful with beverages, food, etc. Let's keep Encore Dance Center looking great!! Thank you in advance for your help.
REVIEW OF STUDIO POLICIES
- Class payment is due by the 1st of the month.
- If class payment is not received by the 10th, a $10.00 late fee will be added to your monthly bill.
- If you wish to be billed monthly, please inform the front desk as soon as possible so you do not receive a late fee.
- A $30.00 fee will be added to all checks returned to the studio for insufficient funds.
- There will be no credit given to missed or cancelled classes. If we close the studio due to bad weather, classes will be rescheduled. There is no credit given for missed classes due to illness, vacation or school function. Make- up classes are available in all the levels.
PLEASE BE ON TIME PICKING UP YOUR CHILD FROM THE STUDIO, ESPECIALLY OUR LATE EVENING & SATURDAY CLASSES!!!
