RECITAL PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
Our annual production is held at Hempfield High School (directions are available at the front desk) on June 24th, 25th and 26th.

EVENING DRESS REHEARSAL
Rehearsal for our Friday evening performance will be held on Tuesday, June 21st at Hempfield High School. Students should arrive by 2:45 p.m. in their first costume. Rehearsal begins at 3:30 p.m.
Rehearsal for our Saturday evening performance will be held on Thursday, June 23rd at Hempfield High School. Students should arrive by 2:45 p.m. in their first costume. Rehearsal begins at 3:30 p.m.

MATINEE DRESS REHEARSAL
Rehearsal for our SATURDAY matinee will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd a Hempfield High School. Students should arrive by 12:45 p.m. in their first costume and rehearsal will begin at 1:30.
Rehearsal for our SUNDAY matinee will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd at Hempfield High School. Students should arrive by 4:45 in their first costume and rehearsal will begin at 5:30.

ENCORE PICTURE DAY

We are very excited about the new photography studio we will be using this year. The new packages that are available are less costly and you will have a larger variety of packages to choose from.
***GROUP PHOTOS WILL BE AVAILABLE***
We will arrange to have a group photo taken directly after your child has completed their routine at dress rehearsal.
Advance sign up will not be required.
Matinee Performers: Pictures will begin @ 1:00pm
Children attending the matinee dress rehearsal may come before rehearsal or after their last routine at dress rehearsal for pictures. If you come before rehearsal, please make sure to leave enough time for pictures so your child is ready and sitting in their seats to begin dress rehearsal.
Evening Show Performers:
Students performing in the evening shows may come for pictures any day or time. Please allow enough time for your pictures. We will not hold rehearsal if you are late.

Listed below are the flowers you may pre-order for you dancer. Your flowers will be delivered by Royer’s and be available for pick up in the Hempfield High School Auditorium lobby the day of your child’s performance.
